I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.  Kim at Kim's Wigs had shown that she intends to resolve the matter.  It has not been resolved yet due to our busy schedules, but when she returns from vacation in a few weeks, I'm sure she will take care of it.  Thank you.
