have ever had with the Revdex.comWe go above and beyond to ensure the quality of food and service is top notch, and treat every customer as if they were our own familyThe estimated time for a delivery is just that, an estimateWhile we are usually accurate with our estimates, due to many factors including but not limited to how busy deliveries are or other unforeseen factors, the food may arrive later than anticipatedIf the delivery is accepted by the customer despite it being later than anticipated, then in order to receive a refund, our policy is that the food must be returned, either by the driver coming back to pick it up, or the customer returning the food whenever it is convenientBeing that Mr*** has taken the time to file this complaint, we can offer him a complimentary order of crab rangoon on his next order.Sent on: 4/18/12:53:PM
