We thank you for your opportunity to address this matter and are extremely pleased to know that you are working directly with our Head of School to resolve your questions We are confident that our Head of School will work diligently with you in regards to the final documentation needed to have your child complete enrollment We are very excited about your child’s future

The Sales Support Manager contacted [redacted] , and apologized for the delay in returning her calls We discussed that we are experiencing unexpected volume and we are working diligently to return calls as quickly as possibleThe Sales Support Manager walked [redacted] through the cancellation process and was able to successfully cancel her account

In reviewing this complaint, Kconfirms that the purchase of the Keystone School courses was made online on February 29, and all terms and conditions were agreed to as part of that online purchase In addition, our Enrollment Team had a follow up conversation with [redacted] on March 2, in which she confirmed the online purchase and expressed that if the Keystone School team needed any additional information about her daughter’s enrollment, that she could be contacted directlyAt the Keystone School, we understand that that situations may change and ultimately we want the best outcome for the students involved Even though the Keystone School incurred considerable academic and administrative costs regarding the enrollment of [redacted] ’s daughter, we are willing to forego the disputed balance of $ We wish the best for [redacted] and her daughter as she continues along her educational journey

Based on the experience outlined by Ms [redacted] , Kagrees to provide and has processed a full tuition refund of $ This refund is being issued outside of our refund guidelines as an acknowledgement that life circumstances sometimes can interfere with plans, but we don’t want these circumstances to negatively impact the education of our students In this instance, the refund process was complicated because some of the required documentation was initially provided in Arabic and other documentation was incomplete We subsequently received all of the required documentation and have been happy that Ms [redacted] has since chosen to utilize Kindependent study courses for her daughters We apologize for the difficulty that the family experienced and wish the best for Ms [redacted] and her daughters as they continue along their educational journey

In regards to complaint ID [redacted] : Customer [redacted] enrolled through the Keystone eCommerce self-enroll portal on 7/18/Order was approved by our office on 7/19/13, and materials shipped out the following business dayCustomer was presented with all terms and conditions of enrollment at the time of processing the order, including the Keystone enrollment agreement, Keystone refund policy, Keystone activity policy, and Keystone payment plan terms and conditionsCustomer was also prompted to print out a copy of the full enrollment including terms and conditions for their records.Keystone refund policy states: This policy applies on a course by course basisTo request cancellation, call Keystone Student Services at ###-###-####Tuition refunds will be based on the date of cancellation and the amount of course assignments completed as follows: If a course is cancelled within days all tuition monies paid to Keystone will be refundedIf a course is cancelled between and days after enrollment and no assignments are submitted to Keystone, a registration fee of $per course will be charged and all other tuition monies will be refundedIf a course is cancelled after the cancellation period and after course assignments have been submitted to Keystone for correction, the $registration fee will be charged per course plus a percentage of the remaining tuitionShipping and handling fees are non refundableTo qualify for a refund, a student must be in active standing according to Keystone's Activity PolicyKeystone's Activity Policy states: Because maintaining a consistent pace throughout a course improves academic performance Keystone has established the following Student Activity Policy: To be considered active, students must begin their coursework and submit at least weighted assignment within days of enrollmentThereafter, students must continue to submit at least one weighted assignment every days in one of the course(s)Students who plan to be inactive for days or more must contact Keystone Student Services to place their enrollment on holdPlacing their enrollment on hold will not extend the due dateIf there are days without activity, and the student's enrollment has not been placed on hold, the course(s) no longer qualify for a refund, but the student retains the right to complete and receive credit for the course(s) through the assigned due dateStudent did not submit any assignments to Keystone, but also did not contact Keystone to place courses on holdThe first communication from the customer after the original enrollment date came in the form of an email on 5/28/14, asking to withdraw and receive a refund, months prior after enrollingStudent Service Rep Leah explained that due to non-compliance with Activity Policy, student is not refund eligible, but could continue to complete courses up until the July due dateThe second communication from the customer came again via email on 6/2/14, when Student Service Rep Leah again explained Keystone policies and provided copies of the original enrollment to the student showing the policies as part of the enrollment agreementThe last communication came via email from the customer's mother on 6/13, when Student Service Rep Leah once again explained the policies and options, and mother chose at that point to withdraw [redacted] Keystone provided Spanish I and Spanish II courses, related materials, and at-the-ready teacher support for this student from the enroll date in July spanning months until student was ultimately withdrawn by her parent in June At no point did student submit work to stay in compliance with the activity policy, nor did she contact our school to place her courses on holdKeystone provided what was purchased; because the student did not utilize our program for the months she was enrolled does not equate to Keystone needing to refund fees paid

To Whom It May Concern, This customer ordered semi-custom products from us by part numberIn accordance with our standard order in take and processing workflow, we manufactured the product and notified the customer the equipment was ready for shippingWe emailed photos, videos, and all standard documentation to the customerThe customer arranged their own freight forwarder to pick up the product at our facility on June 13th, At approximately 12pm on June 16th, 2014, Kreleased the freight to the customer's own freight forwarder, which in turn releases KInc of any and all responsibility for the productTo our surprise, the customer directed their own freight forwarder to return the product back to KOR-IT's West Sacramento facility, which is where it sits today, waiting for further directionAccording the UCC, when a customer arranges their own freight, the supplier is not responsible to ensure the product is delivered to its final destinationThis is our stance on this matter as wellKhas made numerous attempts to resolve this matter with the client directly throughout June, July and AugustThe client vanished in mid August and we didn't hear back until they filed this complaint in NovemberIt should also be known, this client has made baseless claims of fraud to the Yolo County District Attorney, who has already visited with KOR-IT, concluded there was no fraud and that Kconducted itself completely correctly according to the UCC and its internal processesThe District Attorney has warned this client about the civil and criminal actions which could be brought forth against the client and its employees/associates, by Kand local law enforcement, for slander, defamation and making threats in an attempt of extortionKprides itself as a customer service focused company and never compromises ethics in our businessThis is demonstrated with our unparalleled LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on all of our core drill stands and Year Replacement Warranty on all electric motorsAside from the industry's best warranty, Kstaff make extra attempts to help our clients everydaybecause it's the right thing to do

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Let me add that I am very impressed with the attention that was garnered upon our situation once the Revdex.com was involved I did not realize the power of the Revdex.com until now.Here is the final events and how the issue was corrected:Within hours of the complaint being sent to the company via the Revdex.com we were made aware that K-worked through any issues that needed corrected We received confirmation via email and telephone that they shipped the monitor Unfortunately, K-did not send the keyboard which required another phone call to get that corrected I will state that the last representative we spoke with concerning the keyboard took the "bull by the horns" and made sure that the keyboard was shipped (expedited 2nd day) so that our son was able to start school on Monday (we spoke with this customer service representative on Friday at nearly pm, the keyboard arrived before noon on Monday) Many thanks to him for his effort.Overall, K-did work diligently to correct the problem once they were truly aware of the issue and I believe K-has a very good product The frustration we experienced stemmed from the realization that everyone we spoke with (prior to the Revdex.com involvement) did not truly have the power to fix the problem There was no good way to "push" our concerns farther up the chain of command The customer service representatives that we have worked with have all been very polite and professional and have done as much as they have the ability to do However, it is very clear to me that the customer service representatives are not empowered to correct issues that fall "outside of the box" If it had not been for the Revdex.com I believe that our concerns would not have reached far enough up the corporate ladder to garner the attention of someone with the authority to look at the big picture and fix the problem.Overall, the problem has been corrected Regards, [redacted]

Unfortunately, due to a systems delay we were not able to process your documents as quickly as we hopedThis matter has been corrected and your student is approved with GCA to start on 8/24/

Upon review, Kconfirms that the Standard Kit for Language Arts Orange, which was purchased by [redacted] , does include double lined paper [redacted] informed Kthat her shipment arrived without the double lined paper On Tuesday, March 22, 2016, a Kresolution agent reached out to [redacted] explaining that we have sent additional materials out to her at no charge and apologized for the inconvenience she had in not receiving these materials in her original shipment All items have been shipped and delivered thus satisfying [redacted] ’s needs to receive said items
