When we moved new house ,we needed to unlock the gas
First I called to them,Columbia gas agent gave me a wrong website address and wrong spell
Second call that assistant gave me a wrong information about what I need to summit
They recorded that conversation at that time ,so we can check they gave me a wrong info
As my third call, I could set up the appointment on Wednesday but they cancled it no reason and There was storm coming during weekend.so I made a call to them ,please come before storm came,But they didn't take a resposibility even didn't listen to me
Very rude and careless
Storm came and we had frozen pipe at that time
This company isn't brand new company ,they have experience about New England weather
They are careless and doesn't show the customer right attitute
If they show me their best way to care us and we got a frozen pipe
I don't want a blame them
They seem to be need a more training for assistance

Does not credit payments correctly! Columbia Gas's site always claims that payments made on a given business day were not made until the next business day For example, a payment they received Aug was not credited until Aug 25, a payment they received on Septwas not credited until Sept
I use my bank's bill pay All my other accounts are credited the day the bank says the paymnet was made A payment the bank says was made on Sept was credited by the recipient as being paid on Sept
