Review: I ordered a Kincaid table, 6 wood chairs with fabric and a dining hutch in early October from [redacted], the local sales representative, through my interior decorator ([redacted]). The order was around $5,175. The furniture was delivered on 10/24. The table top was scratched and the fabric on a few chairs was of poor quality (there were lines and the fabric is messed up. Within 4 hours of receiving the furniture, I reported the issues. A few weeks later, Kincaid sent out a couple guys to buff the table, but the scratches did not come out. Kincaid then sent a new table, but unfortunately, it was scratched worse than the first, so I did not accept it. [redacted], the sales representative, came out on 1/16/14 and delivered a new chair and looked at the scratches. I have not heard back from him on how the problem will be resolved. It has been almost 4 months since I ordered the furniture and I still have a scratched table and 3 chairs that look awful. I have asked [redacted] a couple times how and when will this be fixed and he has not given me an answer. I have called Kincaid directly twice. The first time was in December. I left a voicemail, but no one returned my call. The second time I spoke with a woman who said she would call me back after she spoke with [redacted], but she did not.Desired Settlement: I paid $5,175 in October and still do not have a nice table and acceptable chairs. Since delivery, I have had to arrange 3 visits to try and get this corrected. At this point, I feel I should be refunded the price of the table, which was $1,100 and have the 3 chairs replaced with ones that are made accurately. If the chairs cannot be replaced, then I feel I should recieve the money back for each of the chairs, which were $389 each.
