I placed an order on 5/19/19 for one bulletproof backpack. Someone from the company named "***" corresponded with me over several months updating me that the demand was too high and the item was backordered. I did not realize that they had charged my VISA $199.99 without shipping the item. I could not get a response and thought that they were overwhelmed with interest due to mass shootings. I placed another order for 2 backpacks for my boys and was charged on my VISA for $379.99 on 12/3/19. I have not received these either. I have disputed charges from December via my credit card, however they said the may 2019 charge has been too long ago. I now have noticed on facebook several comments warning people not to order from this company and describing the same situation of being charged and never receiving the product. This company is scamming people and playing on our fears of mass shootings.

Refund I already disputed the $379.99 charges with my VISA card for 12/3/19. I would like to get the $199.99 from the charges placed on my card from 5/19/19 (since I was unaware they charged me without sending the product). Somehow this scam needs to be uncovered/exposed and stopped to protect others.
