Our contract is our contract and we do not change the terms or accommodate a parent based on what they want to pay We came up with a payment plan for her and then she reneged on it

I enrolled my year old (***) and month old in this day care this past monthI told them when I enrolled him that he would only be there for a short time because he would be starting school the next weekI pay $a day per child, so I spent $the first weekWhen I took him out of the daycare, I asked what I owedThey said I owe $a week for more weeks instead of $It doesn't make sense and I am feeling ripped offThey said I needed to give them days noticeI didn't know that and they didn't tell me, but I agreed to pay the $for the thirty daysThey are staying I still owe $They are now saying I can't get the rate I was paying since my child isn't there anymore, but now I have to pay for him even though he isn't there! On the contract it says "You must send in a day withdrawal notice otherwise you are responsible for those weeks of pay." I understand that and I was willing to pay the same amount I paid for the next daysNow I want to withdrawal
