Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Me and the owner of A&E agreed on installing a ton because my house is not 1900sq ft my house is sqFt he never came to my house to see the square footage he send a tech and his tech agreed and recommended a ton so thats what we agreed on Also the reason I didn't finish paying dollars that I owe the company is because they never came to finish the job I called and they never answered then my unit started giving more problems and I found out I had a leak so I called because I had a year labor warranty and they never came I spoke to the Secretary so I know I was calling the office and she said [redacted] which is the owner has personal problems and didn't have time to call me I called numerous times and spoke to the Secretary and she said that it was impossible to get a hold of the owner My main concern is that I don't get what we agreed on which is the ton that the job didn't get finishished and that there was a leak and no one came to fix it even though I have a year warranty on labor [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,

I have had my air conditioner and heater checked yearly since I have lived in this house. I have had the unit replaced, thus not the original unit. I had the repairman come into my home and no one has every said there was a leak or anything wrong other than a pan had to be replaced and it was very dusty. When A&E Mechanical came to do the spring check up there was no problems noted other than the service person removed stuff from upstairs attic in a black garbage bag indicating it was debris left up there. Shortly after that period the air conditioner failed no longer cooling the house. They came to check it out and indicated they could not tell what the problem was because the unit was frozen. They came back put Freon in and the unit worked for approximately 3-4 weeks then completely shut down. They want to charge me approximately 3500.00 to fix the problem at which time I indicated I was getting a second opinion. It has now been maybe a little over a month and the air conditioner is still cooling and no further issues. If we allow him to come back and check this out I firmly believe that the air conditioner will suffer from some sort of fatal damage. My husband said under no circumstances should they be allowed to enter the premises to look at the unit. When he called he indicated that if he would prove to me that there was a leak in the coils and I would need Freon again. I have had the unit repaired and the time frame for replacing Freon has elapsed when they put in the unit as compared to the other company. I have not had any further problems. If they don't want to refund me my money fine. However I want my letter to go on file so no future homeowner will be ripped off.

on may of last mr *** call for an ad running our tech when by to see system he had and old ton system we gave him a bid but he did no qualified for credit by hcad he has only plus square ft in has house so we recommend a 4ton only and offer an other co for credit he did get the
amount need so we offer to fiance the balance he agreed will installed the ton unit he sign the invoice which states he was satified we had to go back to clean up same small detail but unit up an running .will calling numous times could not contact him almost a year later calles say unit never work and wants a new ton will offer to go check unit an address the problem and collect the balance 1st he said ok but have never been able to reach him to set an appointment when we finaly did he was not there know he say he is not payin so we cant address any probloms until he aggree to pay balance owe also he said he trying calling but never called the office we have check our phone records he was problaby call a tech cell number we will go check system but after he pays the balance but will not install a ton unit

Ft  he never came to my house to see the square footage he send a tech and his tech agreed and recommended a 5 ton so thats what we agreed on . I will go and check the system and fix any repairs needed at no chagre to him and will wait on the balance owed .but will not replace the system with larger unit.
