Review: I had a dispute with the health policy of the school and the director asked me to remove my children from the program. I did so and they promised to refund me the tuition for the children. I received a check that was not endorsed that included a partial refund of the amount I was due. I took the check in personally to have it signed and was informed that the director was in a meeting and could not process my request. She also tacked on late fees from six months prior when calculating my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive back all of the money owed to me, including registration fees and late fees that were tacked on months after.
