KINEMATIC PHOTOS

Review: I ordered $121 worth of photos from [redacted] on December 31, 2012. After frequent email correspondence, I finally received a package of photos on March 14, 2013. Unfortunately they were the completely wrong photos. (I had ordered photos of my son, I received photos of someone else.) I had called **. [redacted] to explain what had happened. While discussing the situation, it was realized that he was looking at different photo numbers than I was. It seems the website the photos were posted on had changed the numbers around. On April 9,2013 ** sent an email to me asking me to check the images to make sure they were correct. I sent an email stating they were the correct ones. As of this date, July 29, 2013, I have not received any photos or explanations. On June 26,2013 I emailed ** to please return the $121 to me. I have received no response. This photo order has been going on for 7 months.Desired Settlement: It would be great to actually receive the photos that I had ordered.
