Review: Purchased a moisturizer and eye cream very bad allergic reaction.My Bookkeeper [redacted] called 10 times during the months of November and December 2013 and was told to speak to [redacted] each time at ###-###-#### option 7. [redacted] told her that she would get copy of the invoice from Kenerase since I did not have it since I purchased it online and they did not give me an invoice just an Order confirmation and once she got it she would issue a full refund.After 10 attempts and no response I decided to contact Revdex.com to get my refund of $238.15 purchased by American Express 10/31/2013.She even explained to [redacted] that we have a Case # [redacted] and [redacted] said that she would get the invoice and once that happens she would gladly refund.No follow up calls from [redacted] on status of refund.Desired Settlement: $238.15 charged on [redacted] payable to [redacted]10/31/2013.Used the product once and got a very bad allergic reaction.
