I am a small business in Eureka Illinois, I had purchased our signs about years ago, since then I have had to replace one panel, one radio receiver and have been waiting for months now for the second radio receiver The technical support team there is less to be desired, after waiting over minutes to just talk to a tech person and that's each time I would call, usually got frustrated and hang up The signs are beautiful, they work great,"when working" I would have never referred anyone to this company if I would have know the BS I have to go through just to get my sign back working All testimonials are somewhat correct, the idea that a sign would increase revenue by 30-50% is ridiculous Our sales did increase but only by 10-15% I will no longer be referring any business to use them simply because of their customer service department, you'd think a electronic sign company would have better support Again I highly recommend that you do your homework before buying from signtronix simply because of their tech support Frustrated in Illinois
The produce and terms of the product sale were misrepresented and not fully explained
On march 31, 2016,Sales Rep/Dealer/district manager, Christopher Mayo came to my store selling signs & I feel the sign & the terms of the product were misrepresented & not fully explainedA "combo" 3-line led sign was demonstratedI dis not understand that the sign was not "full" color, but only tri-coloredred, yellow, green I succumbed to the "only today & requires an immediate decision for this price," pushy sales pitch I paid $and "payments" of $414.57/month for months with $end of term buyout
I was informed the price of the sign was $11,000.00, but no where on the agreement does it give the price of the sign On the yellow agreement it states initial investment $1475not that this is a depositIt does not state deposit- just "initial investment." When you add up all the "payments," initial investment," & buyout, the cost is $17,Almost $more than told
Unsolicited Sales from *** *** showed up to my office an offer the world with a LED sign which isn't worth more then $
Sales pitch stated that it would increase my foot traffic by 100% and showed me statistics that were smoking mirrors and it would be a great investment for my agency but never told me that the cost would be $6,or more to lease the sign and they are representing Signtronix and selling the lease to Northern Leasing co an unscrupulous company which won't let you cancel nor return the leaseI got tricked into signing a lease agreement all in their favor and not the consumer with a personal guaranty
Be VERY Leary of this company and their leasing agency READ THE FINE PRINT! At the end of the lease, you think you're done paying for the equipment, but NO...the lease states you will continue on a month to month lease until you pay the buyout amount which is the RETAIL PRICE of the equipment, regardless of how much you have paid in during your lease term The leasing agency is rude, quick to threaten you with collections and did I mention RUDE? Seriously, you should read the very fine print of everything and realize that at the end of the lease period that means nothing....you keep paying until you fork over a lump sum They will NOT take the equipment back at any cost, stating it is a custom item they can't take back Please BEWARE this company and their products and ridiculous leasing terms

We bought a line colored digital sign on September 10, for a month agreement After the said time had expired and loan amount was zeroed, Signtronix continued to draft my bank account I called several times to resolve the issue to no avail Seven months later I had to take matters into my own hands by putting a stop payment put on the draft In March of this year I received a letter stating I have a balance owed in excess of $So, they continued to take my money and now they are billing me for a balance that has long since been paid in full according to our agreementOn top of Signtronix trying to collect what is not owed, the sign does not even workOnce again, I have called numerous times to get the signed serviced, but no one has contacted me to set up a time to look at it or repair it

We also found out that a leasing company (Northern Leasing System) holds the lease which we had no idea and weren't told at the time of "purchase" We paid a $deposit and are supposed to have money withdrawn from our account every month
*** also told us the sign is very easily programmable and graphics could be added very easily They aren't We will need to pay for someone to add any type of graphics to the sign
