I sold a patio set to a friend of mine for $I went to the phenix city branch to try and cash itThe manager then weht into his office and I waited a long time, then he came out and said that my friend didn't have any money in her accountWhich I know was a lie he was very rude toward me and acted like I was a common criminal, then he said we protect our customers from fraudWhat fraud I was just trying to get my money from the patio set I sold to my friendThen their she was in the parking lot, screaming at me [redacted] My son told me she flew into the parking lot, this is what the manager was doing calling her when I was waiting so longThen I drove to the columbus branch to only be giving the run around, we gave the check to the greater and he went up stairs, then all these employees started to come down stairs starring at me and my son like we were common criminalsThen after minutes of waiting they told me a stopped payment had been made, and this smart mouth said because of this mark, I wasn't going to be able to cash it anyway just giving me the run aroundI did make a police report and the police officer told me, I had every right to cash the check since I sold property and the check was written out to meI had every right to cash itI had such terrible and awful experience [redacted] because of their manager calling herI was verbally abused [redacted] I did make a complaint to the credit union association but they sided with them

I am truly disappointed with Kinetic's Board of Directors over the decision to close the branch in Valdosta (05/2017)This decision was not based on customer serviceThere is no other branch in town for Valdosta residents to use, and we will not be traveling to ColumbusDespite what Kinetic customer service repssay, not everyone utilizes online bankingKinetic provided poor timing and inadequate notice (less than weeks) to customers about the branch's closure

Good honest company!!! They don't try and rip you off! Patient, caring and considerate company! I'll recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right!
