Ordered Nov 16 0f 2019 and still have no replies to email, nor have I received my order. Very disappointed and will not be spending anymore money with this company.

This company is a scam. Please do not give them any of your money, as you will never receive your merchandise and most likely never get your money back either. Lesson learned!

I placed an order with Kinetic Gadgets (KG) on January 31st, 2019, and they have yet to fulfil the order or issue a refund. The only communication I have received from them, aside from the constant bombardment of email ads and special deals, was on May 30th, 2019. This was in the form of a blast email to inform customers that their general lack of order fulfilment was due to the failures of a "third party sourcing agent," and that they are back on track and working hard to fulfil orders. All attempts to reach them, either through email or their Facebook page, have met with no response. I consider their business practices to be predatory at this point. I would urge you to avoid making any purchases with them.

Absolutely a scam. Paid for my order over 4 months ago and still haven't received anything. Contacted the business after 6 weeks of waiting to be told they were going to send the order right away. I have contacted the business via all listed contacts for 2.5 months and have yet to receive the product or a response.

Ordered from them 5 months ago and still haven't received it. I've sent them many emails about this. They replied to my early emails promptly and made false promises about when my dice would ship. They haven't replied to a single email I've sent them in the last two months.

Placed an order in November 2018, it is now July 2019 and I still have not received my order. As stated by others they are not in communication and the only time I heard from them was on May 3rd as other commenters with the same deal except saying my original package was lost by the postal service.

Several purchases were made with payment taken but no product delivered. Attempted contact with no response back over 2 months.

A quick google search revealed that I am not the only one to have this happen with some waiting a full year. If possible would like to prevent others from making the same mistake I have. Desired Outcome

I would ideally like the business to complete my order and deliver my dice sets as they were advertised. If this cannot be done I would like a full refund. Also if at all possible I would like this business to begin to fulfill others purchases or cease business until able to do so.

I ordered an item (Order #7469) on 12/22/18 and (Order #9075) on 3/25/19. Haven't received them. Asked for refund on 4/26/19, still haven't gotten it.
I ordered an item (Order #7469) on 12/22/18. On 3/15/19 I reached out as I still had not received my order. I got a response on 3/25/19 saying that they were backlogged, and they were sorry. Saying "We should be shipping out your order this week." They also offered a $10 gift code. I then placed an order (#9075) on 3/25/19 using the $10 gift code. On 4/16/19 I followed up again asking for them to fulfill my orders within 10 business days or I would like a refund for both orders. On 4/26/19 I requested a full refund. They apologized saying "they should be shipping out today." I said no, cancel them. They then stated "I understand your frustration. I will process your full refund." It has now been over a week and I sill have not received my refund. This is a really poor way to handle business.

After not receiving my order past the advertised 10-20 day shipping time I sent an email. That was on 03/29/19 and I got no reply.
Again on April 3rd I facebook messaged them and they responded saying "I apologize for the delay, the shipping team is having some issues getting out the packages, this should be resolved in the next couple of days". It was not.
Another 2 Facebok messages on April 7th ans then 9th received no reply.
Another email was sent April 21st inquiring about the lack of tracking information and any updates.
Final email was just 1 hour ago 5/4/19 to a new email I found. ***
While looking up information on the business I also came across this website with over a dozen other such complaints of similiar issues.

It may also be worth noting I heard about the website from an *** And while I have not had any reply to my emails I still get constantly sent their promotional emails about sales and such.

Desired Outcome

At this point I want my money back. I have been more then patient and feel that refund is the very least they should offer me. I would like the items I ordered as well if at all possible. I have been counting on having these for the past 2 months now and have been inconvenienced by not having them when I needed them multiple times.

In September and early December 2018, I placed two orders with this company (via their "free" dice promotions) and received my items in a timely fashion. As of 2019, however, their service has plummeted in quality. An order I placed in early March, 2019 *** was never shipped, yet money was taken from my account. Another order I placed in April was never even given an order number, yet again money was taken from my account. I sent three emails and several Facebook messages that all went ignored until last Friday, May 3rd, after I sent a final message demanding a refund. They responded saying their shipping department had become backlogged "due to the popularity of their recent promotions". They moved my order up the queue and said I will receive tracking information in 3-4 business days, so we'll see if that actually happens. They are giving me a free dice set as well. I do not find this acceptable and also find it rude that they ignored my refund request. However, I lack the energy to fight with them over this and have accepted their "solution", for now (while keeping screenshots of the conversation). From other reviews on *** , it appears they have made this claim to many people and failed to follow through. ***
Failing to notify your customers that your shipping department is backlogged for months is terrible business practice and absolutely unacceptable. They provide no phone number to contact them, only an email (that they don't respond to) and a Facebook page (that they take weeks to respond to). Everyone should avoid this business.

Ordered product in January. Unable to contact to get any response of delay or shipping information
Company was having a special sale on dice advertised online. Ordered several sets to be able to claim free sets with the order. Order 7814 was placed on January 19th and since then have been unable to contact the company through emails or Facebook messenger (the preferred way they list in their website)

Product ordered (epic bag of dice, 42 count, and set of Nebula dice) + expedited shipping, 5-10 business days. Order placed Jan 11 (102 days ago). Emailed looking for order status: Jan 23, Jan 31, Feb 11, Feb 14, Feb 19, Feb 27, Apr 19. Email responses: Jan 30 (an apology and claimed stuff would ship), Feb 1 (shipping label generated). Facebook messages sent: Jan 25, Jan 28, Jan 30, Mar 26,Apr 19. Facebook responses: Mar 26 apologizing for the delay plus a discount code.

Ideally product delivery and refund of expedited shipping. Or I would also accept a full refund.

Clicked an ad on FB for free dice. Ordered the item in early Nov 2018. Was charged the high shipping and still have no item, now in April 2019.

I have tried to contact them at least once a month to find out info. Response only twice saying overwhelmed. First time with promise of first class shipping and an extra set of dice for my trouble. After three more months, I asked for a refund instead with no response. It's been five months with the same excuse of overwhelming orders (excuse given in Jan. and in March).

I want a refund. It is obvious to me I will not get the item I payed to have shipped to me or any extras promised for compensation.

Months ago I ordered a set of DnD from them, about 50$ American. They have never sent them and are now ignoring all attempts at contact.
Early February, I ordered a set of metal DnD dice from this company. A month later, I contacted the company as I got no update on my package and I was supposed to receive it by now. I contacted them via email, plus posted on various social media accounts. On March 4 via Facebook, I asked for a refund for order #8306. They responded 12 hours later explain that they were suffering a backlog but would sent out tracking information within 2-3 business days and would sent an extra set of dice for free. March 11 I contacted them via Facebook again (as this was the only place they responded) again asking for my tracking information. No response. I contacted them then on March 15 explains I was upset and wish for them to contact me. No response. I once again contacted them on March 19 demanding information in 24 hours, a refund or I'll shall contact a lawyer (I did not end up doing so). I also informed them I would eventually make a complaint here. April 25, I contacted them again asking for information and informing them that if they still sent the product the address need to be changed. The reason for the gap is I had exams and given up on getting an answer from them.

Desired Outcome

I either want my product or a refund, but as I had to order the same product from a different place, a refund would be preferred. I also would like some form of compensation for the time.

Ordered a product from the seller, paid them and they have not delivered the items I paid for.
Many others have had the same problem, never receiving.
I purchased $75 USD worth of products from the seller on January 31st 2019. They took my money and have not delivered any product.
Their FAQ says they take 20-30 days for economy shipping, it has been more than 60 days at the time of this complaint.I have tried several times to get in contact with the seller, with no response, not even an automated one.
Many other people have also complained about not ever receiving their ordered products, *** well as having no contact from the seller.

At this point I am sure the seller doesn't actually sell the products they advertise. They just allow orders to sit while collecting money from new orders, never intending to deliver.

Desired Outcome

I would like to contact the company and give them a chance to refund me the money I paid them, or send me the product as promised. If not I have opened a fraud claim that I will follow through to get them shut down with the maximum possible legal action.
