Overpaid for ser if and they haven't corrected their mistake to pay me back.I went to physical therapy starting 12/31/13 for an injury. I used out of state insurance and started only paying my copay which they asked for. They then started to ask for more money and that I had to pay my deductible although my insurance covered it. I did not know that I had a guest membership for insurance in NC. When I figured that out we talked to the owner about resubmitting all my claims through my NC insurance so I could get reimbursed. At that time I had paid then over $1300 for something I only needed to pay $900 for (for my 30 allowed visits at a $30 copay). I found that my first 8 visit never were resubmitted and that they told me that I still owed then money which didn't make sense. I called my NC insurance to find out what was going on and then my insurance in PA. I finally found that he was resubmitting then wrong and asked him to fix it so I could get what he owes me. He just hasn't been cooperative and I have been basically doing everything on my own. I had lawyers contact him so he could fix things. He would just never contact them or me. I feel like I have been pulling teeth and I have been spending my time trying to get things straight.Desired SettlementI really want to get back what I overpaid. If I could get more that would be great for all the time I have spent on my behalf trying to figure things out.
