Kinetico Water Systems

I fully recommend Kinetico to anyone that deals with our hard water in this areaAfter having ***, *** and their crew come to my home and install the system, we saw an immediate improvement in our drinking water, our dishwasher and showerThe quality of the RO water is outstanding and we noticed a major improvement in the quality and taste of our iceThe dished no longer have the horrible white water spots and the shower water is much better for soap and just an overall cleaner feelingFurthermore, *** and *** will go out of their way to make sure things are done correctly

We bought a water system from Kinetico in May of After a month we could not tell the difference in the scale we saw on our fixtures, glass shower door, ice makerThey came out and ran a water test, and said it was doing what it was suppose to be doingThey had put the filter on backwards but to them it was no big dealAfter another two months we called again, they came out, still they said it was working! By then we had already had to replace the shower head in the shower because of the build up and buy new screens for the sinksAfter several more calls they finally got their plumber, the manager and owner to come to the house to look at the problemThe owner got real defensive like we wanted our money back and tried to tell us their system was doing what it was suppose to be doingThe manager seemed to think it was our electric hot water heaterThen she said it was not designed for well water and needed titanium rodsThey never once said anything about needing the filter replacedNot in the whole year did they tell us thisThen we started not having good water pressure, so we called the man who drilled our well and he asked if we had a water softenerHe said it was probably the filterWe have contacted Home Depot who endorse Kinetico in their stores and they have been trying to help get us a new water heaterNow Kinetico wants to charge us for coming out to put on a new filterWe are looking at other things to get this problem solved
