Rick is a great trainer, he keeps you motivated and moving. If it wasn't for Rick I dont think I would be were I am today. With his help I've run a full marathon 4 half marathons and seve5ks. I have also done a mudd run with Rick and had a great time. He knows exactly what you need to get to your goals and he will adjust your training depending on what you are focusing on. I highly recommend him if you want to achieve the goals you are looking to accomplish. A big ð?? up to Rick he k ow what he is doing.

Kinetix Trainer, Mr. ***, was hired on 21 November 2019, as personal trainer. From the beginning he did not show up for appointments.
Kinetix Trainer, Mr. ***, was hired on 21 November 2019, as personal trainer for me. He did not show up for the free "Fitness Assessment Training"for the scheduled 19 November 2019 at 0600 am, free session and said he tried calling to let me but my phone records show he made no such contact.
2. After some convincing he said I would need to pay $189.00 and he allowed up to six sessions a week. I paid and the first session was suppose to be on 23 November 2018 at 1100 am, *** Recreation Center, *** XXXXX. He never showed up even though he sent me an email with the address on 21 November 2019.
3. The hours of operation for Kinetix is from 0600 to 2000. He is never at the location. On 25 November 2019, Mr. was scheduled for two sessions from 1600 to 1800 but did not show up for either session. He called me 10 minutes after 1600 to say I had not scheduled a session and he would be there shortly. He did not ever show up. I have email proving I scheduled sessions. See attached.
4. Never provided a nutritional assessment and meal plan with the addition of vegan protein supplements. He did not show good faith in keeping any part of his contract and instead left me to wait and be disappointed with his lack of interest in being a personal trainer.
5. Mr. uses his former status as a Navy Seal to lure military personnel with hopes of helping them pass *** new Army physical fitness standards. This commonality brings about trust but he has no intention of showing up for any training. When confronted on 25 November 2019, via a phone call he initiated at 1605 he became angry and started yelling at me while bombarding my mobile with screenshots of a doctored schedule trying to prove he did not have to be on time. I told him to stop yelling at me and it was clear he is abusive and my safety was/is at risk.
I would like a full refund. My request is within a 30 day window seeing Kinetix will not honor their online calendar scheduling and arrive for training. I have already gone on Paypal and stopped reoccurring payment as mandated by Kinetix upon signage. He is not to contact me in any way seeing he is verbally abusive and demeaning.
As mentioned the day of your request for a refund it was to be completed 5 to 7 business days from your request. Because of the fact you opened a case file with PayPal they require a full investigation which in turn will delay your request for an additional 5 to 7 business days. Again... refunding you was never an issue however the opened case file on your behalf is causing your delay. I will continue to be in contact with PayPal to expedite your refund.
In addition the communication of demeaning character was not accurate. Irate replies on her behalf caused more intent to communicate. Operator error was also a factor in her scornful character. The online calendar was not used properly causing her confusion and unkind demeanor.
