Review: I am filing a complaint against King Alarm Company due to alarm company unreliability. Our residence [redacted], Capitol Heights, MD [redacted] was robbed on 11/17/14. My husband and I were not home when the incident happened. I found out that we were robbed when I got home that night and I had to call police to report the break in since King Alarm Company did not call or notify the police. And King Alarm failed to call or notify me or my husband that we are being robbed on that day. Burglar took our [redacted] laptop and [redacted] 3. I called King Alarm Company, I spoke with Edward K[redacted] and he was rude to me and did not even apologize, I tried to get their email address and name of supervisor but he refused to give it. And Mr. Edward K[redacted] stated that their company already filed a complaint against me, the complaint was out of his hands and I will receive a letter by mail. So I google instead to get their email-ad, I emailed King Alarm on 11/20/14 for my complaint and I never got a response.
