Response to complaint regarding Phillip Jones, Case #90078904
The apartment was checked out on 8/7/15 and what is listed as damages on our final move out letter is...
what we found at that time. The walk through that you attended was prior to this. The renewal letter that we sent does have your address on it and Sue never called you and said that you owe nothing. The balance of $38.00 is owed by you.
You also mention the charge for painting of the apartment. The inventories show that you had patched the holes in the apartment which then required paint because of the patch marks.
In order to settle this we are willing to return the cleaning deposit of $150.00 if you are agreeable to this as a settlement.

King Apartments received your letter in regards to a deposit of $100.00 Ms [redacted] put on an apartment. On further review of Ms. [redacted]'s application, we found no signature at the time...
she applied.
We will return Ms. [redacted] deposit to her. She will need to bring her green receipt to our office so we can reverse her $100.00 charge from her debit card.
