This is a washing machine repair businessThe technician missed the appointment to check out my washing machine and when I called him to find out where he was, he said his flight back from the Super Bowl was late the night before - so he seemed to think he would skip the appointmentHe then rushed over to look at the machineHe quoted me a certain price for the first visit on the phone, then tried to charge me moreAfter the first visit, he ordered a part, then when it came in, he told me, via text, that he no longer wanted my business and called me cheap (presumably because I asked for the price he quoted me over the phone) and insulted me personally and sent me several *** text messages over the course of an evening (I didn't respond)He said he would return the part and to take my business elsewhere*** Meanwhile, I had waited a week from when I called to book the appointment, then several more days while he waited for the part, and my tenant was without a washing machine during that timeI then had to start the process all over againThe technician was erratic and this was the most unprofessional experience I've had as a customer
