OWNER OF BUSINESS DID NOT DELIVER PRODUCT THAT I SELECTED.. AND HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE UPON FORCING HIS SELECTION ON ME...AND HAS PARTS MISSING. HE DELIVERED TWO STOVES THAT HAD GAS LEAKS AND THEN DID NOT GIVE ME THE OPTION TO COME IN AND SELECT A DIFFERENT STOVE... HE WAS SUPPOSE TO COME AND REPAIR THE SECOND ONE ..BUT INSTEAD HE BROUGHT A DIFFERENT ONE THAT I HAD NOT PICKED OUT... AND MY WIFE DID NOT KNOW THAT I HADN'T PICKED ANOTHER ONE OUT... BECAUSE I WAS AT WORK ... NOW THE OVEN DOOR HAS LOCKED UP ALL OF A SUDDEN... AND WHEN A CALLED HIM TO ASK HIM IF HE KNEW HOW TO GET IT UNLOCKED .. HE WAS VERY NASTY WITH ME AND SAID FOR ME TO NOT TO EVER CALL HIM ABOUT THAT STOVE AGAIN... IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN A MONTH SINCE THE PURCHASING OF THE STOVE YET... HE HAS BEEN BELLIGERENT DURING THE WHOLE ORDEAL..HE SAID IT'S MY STOVE NOW AND TO NEVER CALL HIM ABOUT IT AGAIN...I THOUGHT SINCE HIS COMPANY DOES REPAIR APPLIANCES THAT HE WOULD TELL ME HOW TO UNLOCK THE OVEN DOOR... HE'S HAD A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE SINCE DAY ONE... AND HE SHOULD NOT BE PROVIDING ANY TYPE OF PUBLIC SERVICE..AS I SAID I DID NOT PICK THIS STOVE ...HE JUST BROUGHT IT TO MY HOUSE TO HURRY UP AND GET RID OF ME.. Desired SettlementI AM REQUESTING A REFUND BECAUSE THIS IS THE 3RD STOVE THAT HE WAS BROUGHT TO MY HOUSE... I REALLY DON'T CARE FOR AN EXCHANGE AT THIS POINT..

Waist of time. I'm am now on my second refrigerator from them within one month.The first refrigerator I bought from them on November 13 2015 started off OK then it went out completely after 3 weeks. It took them 2 more weeks just to replace that refrigerator with another. The guy kept telling me that he didn't sell me the refrigerator his friend sold it to me but they work at the same place. They replaced the refrigerator on December 5 2015. They bottom of the refrigerator never got cool it's just hot and the top is just blowing out cool air but it's not freezing the food. These guys just want your money their refrigerators are junk. I've called twice this week one guy gave me another number to call and when I called the number the guy told me he would come out in about a hour but never showed up.I'm going to call again today because this is ridiculous and I don't have money to waist like that Desired SettlementA full refund and I will never do business with them again and j wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Washer/Dryer purchased for $215 from vendor - defective products. Requested money back - states no refund, but will fix/repair. I bought my daughter a used washer/dryer for $215 (they owe my daughter $5 since they didn't have change - they were given $220 which he stated he would pay.) Before doing so, I asked the man if the items were in good condition and he told me yes. I believed him. He did not tell me about anything not being refunded if the product does not work. My daughter saw this on the receipt once the items were delivered and him giving her a receipt.The items were delivered on 1/21, but in [redacted] apt, the hot water pressure was not good and the cold water nozzle was missing, so she put in a service request with her apt complex.[redacted] washed a load of clothes on Sunday 1/26, the water did not drain - leaving her to go to the laundromat.I called the place 1/27 and was very stern - stating that I either need my money back or this situation needed to be fixed. He kept saying "in [redacted] name lady, why are you acting like this" and I told him that $200 is a lot of money to me and he was not going to get over on me by giving my daughter items that did not work. He said I could not have a refund, but he would make this right. I told him at that time that I wish I never had done business with him, but because I had, he needed to bring her another washer and dryer.That evening, [redacted] was not going to be at home until after 6 p.m. so I called and left him a voice mail stating that he could deliver the following day. He must not have listened to his voice mail because he went ahead and sent someone that day anyways - so when he called me that evening, I told him I had left him a message and he said that I should not have left a message, I should have continued to call until I got someone. I told him NO - I work a 2nd job and can't use my cell phone there and that is why I called and left a message. He said that he paid someone $25 to come by to bring the new appliance and "I pretty much wasted my money - I didn't make any money today...but that is ok, I am going to make things right".Yesterday 1/28, he sent people to [redacted] apt and they did not bring a newer one - they just told her that she was operating it incorrectly. That's when I called him last night. He said he was going over there himself to see what was wrong. When he got to [redacted] house, he told her "In [redacted] name, please tell your mom to calm down - she keeps talking about $200, what's $200...I have thousands". They told her they would bring over a newer washer/dryer tomorrow. Spoke with him today 1/29, he told me that I needed to be in better communication with my daughter because she said that they were both working correctly, that the washer just had a ticking noise. I told him that was not true because I would not be so upset if that were the case. When speaking with my daughter, she said that this was not true and he did not come over, he sent the same two people that installed it initally - so the statement that he made to me claiming that he went there and spoke with my daughter was not true. He went on to explain that he is not a perfect person and he goes to church regularly and things break. I told him that I would NEVER sell someone something that did not work. I told him that he has my money and we have appliances that don't work. I have made arrangements to buy her a new washer/dryer, but because he will not refund my money - I told him to make sure that he delivered the items to her today. My daughter contacted him and told him not be be lying on her stating things that she clearly did not say. She asked him for the money back and he laughed at her, stating "ok ma'am" over and over.This business and this man I have been speaking with is a CROOK. This is Very Bad Business and is like living a nightmare. In reviewing this company, I see there has been 2 complaints against this business and I understand why now! Because no refund will be made, I will continue to contact these CROOKS until the situation has been fixed and running properly.Desired SettlementThe ultimate settlement would be for this business to return my $215 and take back the defective items. As stated above, if they will not return my money, they need to continue to fix the item since I was initally told the items were in good condition.I understand that used items are not 100% as would be a new item. But I purchased a used washer/dryer for $175 from a place here in Knoxville, TN back in 2000 and the washer and dryer still works to this day. The appliances that this company delivered DID NOT WORK from the delivery date. The person that I spoke with stated that the reason the washer did not drain was due to the water pressure being too high. I did not know what the water pressure had to do with anything - maybe that is the truth - but I don't trust anything they are telling me at this point. So, I am ONLY asking for fair treatment. I paid my money for an item that should be working correctly and this is not what I got.
