Ms***, 1- The actual time for the relocation did take longer than the estimate, however, the estimate states “this is an estimate onlyActual charges will be based on actual time, material and services performed”. Ms*** signed this form agreeing that it
was only an estimate. Please also note that the signed estimate includes the gun safe estimated as 500lbs A copy of the signed estimate is attached2- The complaint indicates that Ms*** “had to move the whole garage themselves”. I have also attached the cube sheet which is a list of items shown to the estimator prior the move. There were no garage items listed on the cube sheet to be moved. 3- The reported property damage was not noted on the signed bill of lading after the move was completed Please see attached. Directly above the delivery receipt signature it states “good received in good condition except as noted hereon”. Had the crew damaged the home to the extent that Ms*** is reporting, it should have been noted on the bill of lading. 4- A goodwill gesture of $was offered for the issues that took place during Ms***’s relocation. This email is in response a complaint submitted by *** *** regarding actual transportation charges. Please see the attached relocation documents which include the signed estimate, bill of lading and weight tickets. Ms*** signed a non-binding estimate which states
that the carrier is required by law to collect transportation charges based on actual weight. The estimated weight of the shipment was lbsand the actual weight was lbs. There were additional PBO (packed by owner) cartons/totes listed on the loading inventories and large wooden crates that were not included in the estimate It is unclear if these items were available when the estimator completed the walk through or if they were added on to the shipment after the walk through was completed. Very shady no customer service junk cars should be put out of business had my car three weeks Trans slips motor knocks bad starter driver window does not work just no a good company they rig up almost all there cars

Caution PLEASE DO NOT Purchase a car from Kings Auto. They are the worst dealership selling lemons as cars. They could care less about the product they put on their lot only looking to take advantage of their customers. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

FRAUD ALERT: Reputation should be important however, when your intent is to prey upon customers you have no concern for the damage you cause to your buyers.
