I have sent a month warranty policy to *** *** instead of the one month warranty she was promisedI also apologized to her for any inconvenienceI hope this
makes her happy
As for meeting up with her to get the muffler work done, we have been playing hit and miss with herWe schedule an appointment for her she missed it we rescheduled it for her, she missed it, we rescheduled it and we missed itWe cant seem to coordinate a good time for both she and us
We suggest that she sends in half of the balance she owes on the vehicle ( $), we will forgive the rest and she can go get her muffler fixed herself when it is convenient for her
And rest easy knowing she has a month limited liability warranty on her car starting May 9, 2015,

First I want to thank you for the warranty but the warranty will be no good to me as I have already hit the mileage limitI do not mind paying part of what I owe you but dollars is too muchKing Benz had an obligation to pay to fix my muffler, as it is on the buyers agreement that the car would be sold but with the conditions of King benz getting it fixedAlso I dont know how I am getting accused of missing scheduled appointments to get it fixed when I have shown up to *** and also ***, both located in AkronOn two different occasions, I agreed to call Dean when I was headed to the shop but the girl who answers the phone said Dean was not in the office both times and didnt know when he would returnI have not missed ANY appointmentsThe last muffler shop I was sent to was East Market Street Mufflers, they gave me the price of $to get it fixedSince all I owe on the balance of this car is $190, I truly only owe King Benz $Why would it be fair for me to pay more out of pocket for purchasing this car than originally promised?

On 5/27/15, the company attempted to respond to the complaint via emailBecause the email address was incorrect, the email was never received at the Revdex.com:
"We receive a discount on service at the Muffler shop as a dealerWe have tried to help *** get set up with the Muffler Shop, our time here at the dealership is limited as far as someone leaving their job to go to the muffler shop
It would be easier for us, if *** left her vehicle here for the day and let us take it to the muffler shop when we CAN send someone over there, we would be able to get it fixed for her; but she don't want to, she wants to haggle over the last $she owes for her vehicle instead
We have asked her for only half of what she still owes, we will forgive the balance that she owes on the vehicle and she can get her own muffler fixedThat is our final offer

I only wanted what was originally agreed upon to be fixed with the vehicleOur agreement with me buying this vehicle was that your dealership was supposed to have the car fixed the first week I purchased itRocky, the man who sold me the vehicle was the one who told me that it was not a problem to be fixed right awayI expressed to him that I wanted a car in great running conditionAfter several attempts to meet with you at two different muffler shops, and as months passed by I have become very impatient with how you run your business and customer serviceI have done research, and it is against the law to sell someone a vehicle without a catalytic converterYour dealership shouldn't have allowed the vehicle to be taken from your property or driven without one because it is against the law to do soI have contacted an attorney who is going to help me resolve this matterI have attached a file explaining the law on selling and or operating a vehicle without a converterIf I knew about this upon purchasing the car I wouldn't have bought it

This is the third vehicle we have replaced for Mr. [redacted]. He is happy with this one. We didn't charge him taxes or doc fees nothing....

This is agreed that this is the last time we will replace a vehicle for him. This is AS IS 100%. Mr. [redacted] did drive this vehicle and accepted it AS IS. Please find a copy of all his paperwork for this vehicle .....

Hello , please I m checking back to the complain I laid ,if the dealership had replied .and what will be the next step if they are holding back to reply.they could be doing it on purpose not want to reply

Business called. They have resolved the issues with the consumer. The consumer was allowed to return the Mercedes they purchased originally, and trade it for a 2004 Saab.
Consumer was satisfied at that point.
Business mentioned that...

they also tried to send emails to me but they would not go through.
