A regular heating pad did not give me any pain relief (neither my plantar fasciitis pain or torn meniscus pain), but the cold wrap and BFST wrap did! It usually takes 2 treatments 1 after the other just when I experience pain to give me relief for days! I have lent it to a friend who tried it and then bought one for herself. I don’t know if their claims of how it works are true, but it does work for me.

Product is ***, I have the power controller literally explode and the power supply died the company charged me $to replace *** and send a replacement, few days later the company ask that I send the defective part back for investigation as to why it exploded and they will refund the shipping and what I paid for the replacement, I shipped the part back bur I did not receive the refund when I contacted them they said its out of warranty, I hardly used the product***

Both knee wraps and tape arrived within days as promisedCustomer service followed up with me via a phone call within minutes of my order being placed on lineThe rep thoroughly answered questions that I had not only for my use but for possibly helping others I know with various other wraps for their pain issuesI found everything to be well made and the company followed up within one week as promised to see how I liked the product; to see if I had any questionsMy experience with their customer service was extremely positiveThe knee wraps have worked so well in addressing my pain and healing that I am placing an order for a family member and a friend as a giftMy personal experience has left me very impressed with the company, and it's product

I bought both King Brand BFST Back/Hip and King Brand Cold cure Back/Hip I had to return the Back/Hip Model because the heating device did not work They sent me another one which also did not work I called the company and told them that but they made excuses and said it was OK for the numbers to light up differentlyAfter one week of using the second device shipped, I stopped using it because I did not see how it was helping and I did not think it was working properly I think the product is overrated and was a waste of $ The Cold/Cure Back/Hip device was well worth the $because I could wear it while doing things I noticed the company does not have one negative review The stretching exercises and physical therapy treatments healed me of almost all hip pain I no longer walk with a limpThe only time I have pain now is when I don't stretch before golf or long walks Order ID KBSXXXXXXXX
