Review: My ex fiance had a cash advance taken out with this company. they came to my home looking for him and when I told them that he no longer lived at the address and that I was currently not speaking to him. they proceeded to scream at me and harass me saying I know he lives here etc she threatened that she would be back till she found him and when I said I am sorry but hes not ever going to be here again she just kept threatening me. She then took off before I could get any of her information. I proceeded to call the cash advance and asked to speak with a manager to tell her what poor costumer service I received and that I was frightened she told me it was the lady's job and that's that. when I said I wanted to put a restraining order on her then because she frightened me and I asked for her name so that I may have an officer contact her she refused and said it was my word against theirs and hung up on me. I have called 10 times since and asked for the same manager and they put me on hold and no one ever gets on the line.

My name is [redacted] responding to the case # XXXXXXXX regarding [redacted]. This matter has been taken care of. The owner of the company personally spoke with the young lady and dismissed the matter regarding her fiancé. When her fiancé came to the office to take out the loan she was with him. Her fiancé [redacted] bounced his check on his very first loan. When we went to collect at the home. (Home visits are last resort when we are unable to make contact with customer. Home visits are on a rare occasion.) She went crazy on myself and threw the paper at me and tried to get her dog close to bite me while in her hand. No threats were ever made. Regarding the phone calls in the office she called 10 times straight when she didn't hear what she wanted. My manager told her if she doesn't calm down so that she could understand her my manager would tell her your cussing and yelling I'm going to have to let you go now. Ms. [redacted] at that time kept calling back all day long. When someone would answer the phone she would yell cussing at them threating repeatedly. What Ms. [redacted] has stated never occurred and I am deeply sorry from my office regarding this matter. This is the first time that we have ever had someone lying on the way we conduct business.
