I accept the partial refund for the clothing that was not cleaned in time for my tripI wish that the managers/owners would have offered it one of the three times I contacted them with my concerns, and I also wish they had been professional enough to adhere to the contract they agreed to in the first place Although I will never patronize this business again, I hope that this exercise will teach them to respect their customersALL of their customers, and to adopt some standard of customer service, especially when they are in the wrong I want to thank the Revdex.com, because without the intervention of an organization of this stature, I know that this matter would not have been resolvedI hope that this little bit of success will encourage others to take action when a business does not live up their contracted services!

I accept the partial refund for the clothing that was not cleaned in time for my trip.
