After looking into Ms. [redacted] concern, we spoke with her Service Advisor, and he informed us that he did In fact quote you a price of $85.00 for the initial diagnostic fee, however, he did say that...

after the diagnosis of the vehicle determined that a smoke test would have to be completed for an additional 1.5 Hours of labor at a cost of $127.50, that the gentleman who brought in the vehicle on the 27'h of August authorized our technician to proceed with the test. Since we had authorization, we proceeded to complete the smoke test. We truly are sorry for any misunderstanding that Ms. [redacted] had, and do value all of our customers. We have reimbursed Ms. [redacted] for the misunderstood additional charge for the smoke test. If you should have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me.
