On the 24th of February I made a purchase with king cobra rc I also got a 2 buisness day delivery added to my order .still havent recieved my order
On the 24th of February I made an order from king cobra RC for purchase of RC parts I also paid 13 extra dollars for a two-day business day delivery the part number for my order is 3656 my total order came out to a hundred and I believe either $32 or $23 I have yet heard anything due to my order I emailed them on numerous occasions I also emailed them Friday of the beginning of the week Friday still no e-mails back no tracking number Etc hopefully this issue can be resolved but if not I would like my refund and I will not be shopping with king cobra RC ever again

Desired Outcome

Due to the delay and my two-day overnight shipping I would like a refund and my parts that I ordered because this makes no sense that I put in for a 2-day shipping and it's going on a week now

Purchased an RC car and accessories specific to the car that I purchased using a finance company. RC car went to backorder, sale price cancelled.

I financed it through a separate company. NONE of the items purchased were on backorder, they all appeared as "in stock." This was a cyber Monday sale, and the main item, an RC car, was on sale for $199. I entered into a contract to purchase this item. Approximately a week later, I got an email stating that I received a store credit for $285 because 4 items were not available to ship. This was in conjunction with a shipping notice of the remaining items. Accessories for that specific RC car that will NOT fit other models. There was no option to wait until the items returned to stock. The only option I had, after calling customer service, was to pre order the item at a much higher price ($279). My husband then later called customer service and the salesperson he spoke with told him that he would request that the store credit be cancelled and to simply re-order the items for us to wait on until they came back in stock. I have an email verifying this:

Just to confirm I spoke with your husband regarding this order and have made a note on the order that you are willing to wait for the back-ordered items and vehicle to come available, ETA *** 1st 2020. The rest of this order should ship out automatically a few days after that.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting this out to you after the 1st.

In lieu of this change I have also gone ahead and disable the coupon code offered for the missing parts, please let me know if you wish to make any further changes to the backorder items in the meantime.

After speaking to him again on the phone, he told my husband that there were NONE of these cars in stock during the sale period. We are now locked in to financing, as this company has already been paid, we will be receiving a shipment of accessories for an RC car we do not have and we will be required to pay $80 more for something that we should have just been put on a backorder hold for.

Desired Outcome

I simply want the order fulfilled as it was purchased. If you knew the items were out of stock when they were purchased, it should have shown on your website as it does now. At the VERY LEAST, we should have been contacted prior to financing an items that you were unable to sell. This is a bait and switch, requiring us to pay an additional $80 in order to obtain the RC car we paid for and have purchased (from you) the accessories for. We aren't even able to seek the car from a different company as you accepted full payment from the financing company and in return will only issue us store credit.

I ordered a item from king cobra rc. And completed purchase with tempoe financially llc. To pay for item in full at time of purchase and I would start making payments to tempoe king cobra then shipped to me with use of fed ex wich took control of item for transport packege nevrr made it to my location my adress requires signature for all delivrrys to be left regardless of needed for delivery we require it for our saftey its posred at the door and mail box and at no time GH as fed ex been to my door with item and was not left at door as need signature po SD ted for our protection I then contacted fed ex first was denied service then contacted king and they state that there size of deal has been met by means of item was to fed ex for delivery not made but reads it was fed ex contacted and investugation launched claim denied due to investigation done a t no TT ime have I been contacted or fed ex to my home for delivery or investigation but denied claim take up with king cobra as I can't open furthrr claim as I bring receiver I have no case to open this is now ongoing back and forth almost a month now and still no responsibility or service or item being done for me and now finanve company calling for payment for item I have nnt received and now still ongoing business number three with novservuce to me

Desired Outcome

Delivery I want item or contract refunded from king cobra rc to tempoe finance as to allow closer and cancelation of agreement with them and allow me to start new contract with means to purchase items somewhere else

The item has been shipped to the customer and the item was delivered. Fedex has verified that the item was delivered. Two investigation have been made into this case by Fedex to confirm that the item was delivered. Fedex has denied the claim twice as the item was delivered. Our responsibility has ended as we shipped the item and the item was delivered. He will need to contact the local authorities to file a police report if the package was stolen/misplaced.

In regards to the response from king cobra rc I have not received any packege and as to fed ex denial of claim I feel there investigation was incomplete and never done either of the suposed two times they stated they have done so there investigation never hadba driver come to this address to verify were or with whom packege was supposedly left with they simply took there drivers word for it and as I have said there was no delivery to this house and I have also stated that as per posted sighnage on home for our protection clearly states that if packeges are to be sighned for prior to being left regafdlesss of shippers requirments and thats for our protection so no sighn no deliver period so I believe the customer service offered by king cobra as well as fed ex has been less then professional and I will not give this up as I don't belive in ripping people off and geting what I pay for

I am unsatisfied with that answer as I have contacted and notified authoraties here locally and they took information down and state that they will investigate but contact needs to be made with chipper in order to make replacement because this there is no proof of delivery being as my door is posted requires signature for all deliveries so somebody needs to take responsibility or FedEx needs to do their investigation correctly the claim has been denied twice by both king cobra RC but the delivery was never made and I am still paying for an item that I did not receive which is unsatisfactory

The item was delivered as there is proof of the Fedex driver and a tracking number stating that the package was delivered. Fedex has investigated the case twice and has confirmed on both occasions that the package was delivered. Our job is completed as the package was delivered.

The investigation in no way was done according to fed exs guide lines nor has any proper procedure been followed from the behjning and the quality of or lack of service had been unsatisfactory and with this being such an easily resolved problem and to have had sk much diffivulty andnneed to be escalated to this point only shows the un professional service offerd and I hope the Revdex.com does not close this case as my problem is sti ll unresolved and not an item has not been delivered to me but I am still being charged for that item so I hope that the Revdex.com will not close this case
