Review: My vehicle was towed to King Collision following a rear/front impact accident on recommendations of the dealer where I purchased the car. Upon getting my car completed I quickly found things King Collision did not do. They wired my tail lights up wrong. When I turned my lights on my back up lights came on and when I turned my signals on the tail lights would flash. Then I found out from a state patrolman that I do not have a license plate light. (I was pulled over because of the license plate lights not functioning) Upon returning home I looked at my sales receipt from King's and found they charged my insurance company for a new license plate light bracket and lights. However, their is no bracket nor light in place. The wires merely dangle behind my rear plate. Lastly and the biggest issue is that I have gone through 4 sets of tires in the 60,000 or so miles since King's fixed it. I have had it to three brand name alignment shops who all have stated the back axle is bent and that the axle should have been replaced or that this car should have been totaled out.Desired Settlement: My husband has placed several calls to [redacted] at King's to inquire about this, but [redacted] merely states to bring the car in, and drop it off. However, I am a nurse and work in Akron at [redacted] and it isn't as easy as just dropping a car off at their convenience. I would need a loner car from King's if they were serious about rectifying their mistakes. However, I do not expect anything to come of this.
