From: SuperCenterville Sent: Monday, October 24, 10:AM To: info Subject: Case ID *** Hello, This is in response to Case ID ***. Mr*** is stating that we had fraudulently charged is credit card for the amount of
$338.85. However, Mr*** had reserved a room checking in on September 1st and checking out on September 4th, making the reservation for nights. During those dates we were completely booked due to the event going on at the Wayne County Fairgrounds. Mr*** stated that he would pay when he arrives, which we usually don't do but did just to satisfy him. When his friend *** *** came to check into the room it was already past 9:pm. My front desk clerk Nancy notified him that the payment had to be made up front, but Mr*** wanted to pay per day. During these dates we have a policy which is a minimum day stay and all payments must be made up front. Mr*** then proceeded to try to cancel the reservation. All reservations must be canceled by pm the day of check in. As it was pm we notified them that they would have to pay the full amount. So we charged the card that Mr*** had reserved the room under which is hotel policy. If you do not show up for the reservation or do not cancel within the cancellation time period you do get charged for the room. Also, Mr*** has been calling the motel threatening staff and cussing at everyone that answers the phone. Mr*** says he is going to file a law suit and make sure we are "sent back to our country."
