for over six months and worked with there insurance provider to make sure they had adequate funds to restore their home to its per-loss condition as well as working with them concerning additional remodeling that they wanted done at their home.. This customer went through several of their subs, instead of working with the business after they got the information they needed about how to proceed. The customer was sent a bill for that time and labor and multiple parts above just the original estimate they were given because they were unable to make up their mind about the scope of work and how they wanted to continue. The customer was presented with a bill and asked to pay one half of the amount the business put into assistance of the customer. The customer agreed to the amount in January but after several months had not. The business indicated they have not gotten a mechanical lien on their property nor will do so at this point. They will dismiss the invoice.

Review: King Construction is demanding approximately $600 dollar payment for an estimate on home renovations even though their website clearly states that estimate are free. They are threatening a mechanical lien against the property, but they have only walked through the property to gather information to complete the estimates.Desired Settlement: Removal of mechanical lien, and dismissal of requested payment.
