I recently was banned from *** ***
As a high-functioning autistic, I became angry, understandably maybe disproportionally so, at repeated humiliation by one of the staff members at the KCLS library at *** *** The staff member, presumably named Tim, had repeatedly came up to me with various minor comments, such as using electrical outlets (that were not marked not to use), noises I was making eating and heavy breathing (eating is not prohibited in the library), among other various issues, speaking in a tone for everyone around to hear Due to my autism, I had difficulty in communicating to him my displeasure As a result, I lost my temper after several visits to the library in recent days
After discussing this with my family and support group, I came to the conclusion the staff member was probably not well versed in such situations and did not appreciate the humiliation, and I also appreciate how I overreacted to the situation, by cussing, refusing to leave,
