Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: King David's response is composed of inaccuracies To begin with they came to fix the issues with the light after three months of calling them repeatedlySecondly they allege that [redacted] told them to change the door controls for a dual button and that is certainly not true as [redacted] 's manual clearly shows that the only appropriate door control for the model I purchased is the single button not the dual button for the light and doorFurther and even more compelling is that there was not a problem with the interior door controls They changed the controls for no reason other than they did not know what they are doing.I called [redacted] and explained the problems I was having with the light and they said I need to change the light socket as the sensor must be damagedThey honored the warranty and sent me a new light socketThey also sent me another single button because my model does not work with the model I purchased King David did not call me ever on their own volition except for this past Sunday after they received my complaint They blatantly lied when they said they called me and could not reach me and my phone records will evidence their lieFinally [redacted] sent the parts but another vendor installed them as [redacted] stated King David is not an authorized repair service They recommended that that I not continue to use them and I use an authorized company as the problems I was experiencing were simple fixesKing David did not have the expertise to fix the door even though they sell the time In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

we sent a technician to [redacted]twice to check issue that the customer complained about . 'Lucida Sans Unicode', sans-serif; background-color: rgb(245, 245, 245);">the tech called [redacted] technical support to find out if everything installed correctly and he advised to replace to switch wall and he tested the garage door opener light few times to make the issue resolved .and few days later the customer called us again and complained that the light still didn't work and she wanted us to come back again to check the opener (we install new garage door and garage door opener -the door was working perfect )the customer said that she is working late and will be home after hours and she left me the remote next to garage so we can come when she is not there , unfortunately the weather was very bad and it was snow all over so we couldn't get our truck to work I try to call her and let her know but I couldn't get in touch with her . i spoke to the customer few days ago and wanted to come and check the opener light and she said the [redacted] fixed the issue at no charge and she is not willing to speak to me anymore

Review: I purchased a garage door opner on 4/**/2012 with a four year warranty. Right around Thanksgiving 2014 I noticed that when I opened the garage door the light which was upposed to automatically turn on, did not.I changed the bulb and the light would not go off. I called the company over nine times before they showed up in mid January 2015. They claimed they fixed the problem but when I arrived home the light still did not go on or off. I called them over another 5-7 times and they showed up a month later and this time they changed the switch to close the garage door. The switch was not inoperable until they decided to change it. Now the light and the switch for the door do not work. They have refused to return and honor the warranty. I called the [redacted] Company who makes the door and King David is not only not authorized to repair the door but they never took the specialized training from the company to learn how to make repairs.Desired Settlement: I will now have to pay an authorized person to repair the unit. I expect King David to refund the money I will have to pay the authorized service company. They should not sell the garage door or advertise that they can repair it when they have demonstrated that they do not know what they are doing.
