I paid for a new timing belt & water pump I had to have my car towed there after the first time I picked it up because it kept stalling I had to bring the car back again because it was vibrating badly I had to bring my car back again, because the engine light remained on When I got my car back after the third time, I had it for roughly days before I heard a loud grinding sound, smelled a burning odor, and the car stalled again and wouldn't start I had my car towed to a [redacted] dealership I was told, and I have in writing, that the parts that TNT supposedly replaced, that I paid $to them for, were still the factory installed original parts of the car The [redacted] dealership said that the best and safest thing to do was for them to start the job from scratch Had I gone to [redacted] originally, I would have paid $+ tax for the job Unfortunately, because of TNT, the job cost me $ Two other belts had to be replaced because of the way TNT

At this time, I have been contacted directly by King Deals regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been
resolved because:
Someone named *** called my home number and left a message asking me to please call them at a numberWhen I did try and call, I got a message that the number was no longer in serviceIt is possible that I misunderstood the number in the message; but, I have had heard from them sinceAdditionally, they have not credited the disputed amount back to my credit card as of the last statement

Review: We purchased an electronics item as a Christmas gift. As it turned out, the person already received the item and we wanted to return our purchase. We contacted the retailer in a timely manner. They provided a return merchandise number and mailing address. After they received the return, they did not return the full $44.29 purchase price. They only returned $24.99 citing a restocking fee and a statement that the item has gone down in value. Neither of these were noted on the [redacted] website or the purchase invoice.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the remaining $19.30 on my account. Had I known there were these fees involved with a return I would never have made the purchase to start, let alone send it back for half my money.
