I just tried to schedule an appointment for a quote and the man who answered was very rude and short and the phone and hung up on meI had asked what sort of business they were, he told me not one that takes these kind of callsI was simply trying to ask if they did residential work or comercial or if they had some specialtyHe told me they didnt do work on things that were working but aren't nowHe also mocked me when I tried to describe the issue and was dissmissive when I had explained one of our maintenence personel whom is a licenced commercial electricianI work in customer service and this was the worst I have ever experienced
