I hired this company to fix a problem with my driver side window and lights that were coming on in my car dash board. They charged me $2000.00 to fix the problems and I agreed. The day after I got it fixed...the same problems were happening. All the lights came back on and the window still wouldn't go down. Not only did they not fix the problem but the door locked stopped working. When I took it back to them, I was told that there were other things that need to be done to fix the problem. It would cost me another $800.00 to get it work right. What the ***???? Seriously, $2000.00 I spent was on what than???? I am so pissed off right now. They are a bunch of con artists and know that they are leaving you with no choice but to get more work done. This is morally not right and I am out of money to fix anything else. I would think after paying that much money, the work they promised me to fix would atleast be done.

From: Boris L <>Date: Mon, Oct 14, 2019 at 3:58 PMSubject: Complaint IDTo: ***@myRevdex.com.org <***@myRevdex.com.org>Hi *** Let me explain to you what happened with ***'s car. *** came to our shop in August 2018. She complained about following issues with her car: Check engine light ONABS light ONOil leakNoise from rear brakesDriver's window inoperativePassenger side outer mirror power adjustment inoperativeOil change due After inspecting the car, I found the causes of the issues, the car needed: Bank 1 Sensor 1 Oxygen sensor (check engine light)ABS module (abs light)Spool valve gasket (oil leak)Rear brake pads and rotors (brake noise)Driver's window regulator (window inop, old one was seized)Passenger mirror actuatorOil change After I gave *** the estimate to fix all these items, she agreed to do the repairs. All repairs were done by August 31, 2018, I road tested the car and made sure everything was operating correctly. *** came to pick up the car same day, checked it out, paid and left. I didn't hear from *** until September 20, 2019 (13 months after the repairs), when she came to the shop and mentioned that her driver's window doesn't work, power door lock doesn't work and some lights on the dash are on. I'm not sure where she is getting april of 2019 for the repairs. I went outside with her to inspect the car, there were no lights lit on the dash, so I can't tell exactly what she meant. Driver's window didn't work and it seems to me that the driver's window master switch has failed, because there no power supplied to the window motor. Regarding door lock, there is problem with door lock actuator, which is a common problem for 2005 Honda CR-V. These are new items and are not related to last repairs. I gave *** the estimate to fix those items, she thanked me and left. She never implied to me that there is an issue with her warranty. Most shops in this area provide a 1 year warranty for the repairs, so do we. Its has been 13 months since we repaired her vehicle. We take pride in our work here at King Farm Auto Service. We want to make everyone happy if we are able to. We are willing to work with ***. I believe we shouldn't refund her money because the vehicle developed new problems which are not related. We will offer to install the window switch at no cost labor if she pays us for the part. I believe that is fair. Should you have any questions, you can always reach me at or my cell Thank you, Boris.
