I am rejecting this response because:Central
Security issued me a full refund on 04/07/14 thanks in-part to my on-line
reviews and my Revdex.com complaint, but I was without a monitored security system for
seven (7) full days due to Central Security abruptly canceling my security services
with no time provided to replace those services - placing my home, family, and
property at risk. (Please listen to attached mp3 audio file from Central
Security’s [redacted] stating he was canceling my services based on my negative
on-line review.) Regarding Central Security's response to my complaint,
specifically about not being able to make me happy and not being able meet my
needs, in spite of the fact that they allegedly used many resources – two technicians,
three visits, 6 hours, etc. I had a new security company come out today and
they got my system fully functioning to my complete satisfaction - meeting all my
security needs to protect my home and making me a very happy customer! It took
one skilled technician, who knew what he was doing, with this new security
company, just two (2) hours to get my security system fully functioning and I'm
very pleased and happy with the high-quality work done by my new security
system provider. I'm glad to be rid of Central Security and am delighted with
my new security system company
