is $each, and lady blouses for launder with light starch which is $each… 10-23-when they drop there garments to be cleaned they get invoice ticket that shows all the items they brought and how much it is clearly says TOTAL amount… ( all customers do get invoices)Mr & Mrs *** say go ahead and clean so we clean their Garment and 10/28/Mr*** came to pick up their garment didn’t say any word…11/30/Mr*** came to tell my mom ( *** ) you over charged me after a mount and two day after when *** * *** Clearly Knew the amount and TOLD us to clean there Garment, my mom *** showed Mr*** with calculator how much is blouses are for Dry Clean, than Mr*** said see you over charged me so something was wrong My mom *** look at Store PC and saw Mr*** invoice ticket it said Laundry not Dry Clean so My mom *** told Mr*** you asked for laundry NOT dry clean, there is NO Discount on laundry items… Mr*** didn’t wanted to hear that and acting didn’t understand what she was saying, so *** calls me and I came up to front told Mr*** sir you asked for laundry not Dry Clean and there is No Discount on laundry items, he was acting he didn’t understand he was being very ignorant so I repeat again no discount on laundry items few times and I told Mr*** get out of our store cause he was clearly being ignorant, at last I raised my voice get out of our store…They clearly had knowledge of how much they Garment was…They could call us not to clean their garment which they did not and they told us to go ahead to clean on that day when they brought there garment otherwise we don’t clean customers Garment …On 12/1/my mom *** called Mr*** no answer so she left a message so Mr*** calls on 12/2/my mom told Mr*** if you bring a Garment I will Clean it for Free which Mr*** don’t want it and he told Estehr I will NOT come back to you guys…

On 10-23-2015 Mr. [redacted] and his wife came to our store to drop off their cloth to be clean, items were 2 man shirts which is $1.80 each, and lady blouses for launder with light starch which is $4.65 each… 10-23-2015 when they drop there garments to be cleaned they get invoice ticket that shows all the items they brought and how much it is clearly says TOTAL amount… ( all customers do get invoices)

Review: On Oct 28, 2015 I picked up and paid $31.50 for the following laundered and pressed items:3 men's dress shirts, light starch6 women's short sleeve blousesThe Invoice # is [redacted] I felt I had been overcharged but was in a rush that day and chose not to raise the issue at the time. We live half an hour away and do not go by the store frequently. Today, while coming home from Fredericksburg after a doctors appointment, I stopped by with my receipt and spoke to Esther. I did not show her the receipt at first. I only asked what the charges would be for the above listed items. She included a discount and quoted me $24 plus change. I then gave her my receipt and pointed out that I had been charged $31.50, and felt I had been overcharged and wanted a refund. At this time Esther's son appeared and was told what was going on. He was not pleasant, and told me there was no discount allowed for laundered items, implying the figure given me by [redacted] was not correct. I wanted a break down of what I had paid, and how they arrived at $31.50, but was told to get out of his store. I was not argumentative. The son was belligerent and rude. There is no price list for services posted and the receipt does not give an itemized cost per item.Desired Settlement: I find it hard to believe that 3 men's long sleeve dress shirts, laundered and pressed, along with 6 women's short sleeve blouses, laundered and pressed, should cost $31.50. There was no rush service asked for. I was given an incorrect answer to my question by Esther, who either did not understand it or is unfamiliar with their own charges. I would like a refund of the difference in what I paid and what I should have paid.
