We acknowledged Mr*** request for a full service campsite for
nights ***and we were pleased to confirm the reservation The *** did stay the night of *** and on Saturday morning at 10:did approach the registration office and say that *** wanted to leave and wanted to know if he could get his money back for ***He was told to bring his trailer through the gate and then come to the officeOur check out time is o,clock noonHowever, Mr*** did not come through the gate until after pm, entered the office *** The office staff did not gave him his money back, their reason beingHe had ample time to check out before noon but didn,t He and his family left the parking area about 1:pm
Mr*** seems adamant that he has been the one that has been unjustly done by our campground, therefore, if he will come to the campground , we will reimburse him the *** campsite fee$
