Since I had already request to a 3rd company for the replacement of the mentioned valves, I requested to King in exchange to check the system and re-bleed it , what they did, they found a gauge valve not working properly and they change it at no cost, very satisfied with the final resultThank youI will consider them again for a future service with my boiler

10th, to first confirm that the A/C was providing comfort to the homeWe then discussed the issues and delays that she experienced when scheduling a return visit on June 23rd, We sincerely regret that we were unable to respond to the home sooner, especially in light of the circumstancesA return visit was scheduled for Saturday, July 15th, in order to address the noise issue that Ms*** is experiencingOur technician Jon determined that the noise is being caused by an electrical issue with the outside disconnect box that supplies power to the A/C unitWe have contacted our Electrician in order to work with Ms*** regarding repairsIt should be noted that the A/C is working, and the refrigerant levels were found to be correctIn resolution of this complaint, and to show good faith, We have offered a complete refund for the services provided to Ms***The total amount paid of $for the original A/C cleaning + $for the added refrigerant will be refunded in the upcoming weekAdditionally, we have notated the account in such a way that Ms*** will receive top priority service in the future should the need ariseWe believe this offer was well received by our customer, and should satisfactorily resolve this complaint.Sincerely,*** ***Operations ManagerKing Heating, Cooling & Plumbing
