Review: Malfunctioning washer did not fully wash my clothes when I complained the [redacted] charged me more money to fix the priblem but even after she attempted to address the problem the washing machine did not work properly and my extra payment was not refunded.

Washers do not have covers over soap area, this has caused divot oration to clothing due to detergent spillage from other patrons.Desired Settlement: The machines at the establishment should be investigated and repairedm

Review: During my visit at this location on Monday, January *, 2016, around 12:15 I went to dry my clothes but I notice something was wrong. My clothes was extremely wet and filled with soap sods. I asked the attendant at the time if the machine was working correctly because my clothes clearly was not washed correctly. As a continuous patron at this location I was appalled when she blamed me for this incident and recommend me adding more money and using softener. I found this highly rude and unorthodox especially since I used soap with softener purchased at this location. I explained that I bought that specific detergent so I wouldn't have to purchase softener. She completely blew me off and said I need to add more money. As of now, my clothes is soaking wet and sitting for more than an hour in the washer. I'm disgusted by her customer service and refusal to find a probable solution to this. She told me that if I'm not happy to call 911. There is clearly something wrong with the products they are selling to their customers as well as the machines. I am left with soaked clothes filled with soap which may result in damaging my clothes. This is unacceptable for any laundry mat.Desired Settlement: For this company to be held accountable for ineffective detergent sold to patrons and adequate rules and regulations to abide to proper customer service in situation as this and others. I would like to be reimburse for detergent and cost of service which did not complete its job.
