It is company policy to not invoice sponsors who do not agree to the serviceIt cost us in labor and supplies to invoice customers who do not wish the serviceHowever, our staff, being busy, do sometimes make mistakesI assume this was such a caseIn that event we apologize and will once again speak with the staff to be careful to note that the sponsor wishes to advertise in our magazine before they send invoicesAs to being rude on the phone, being polite on the phone has been a main focus of our company and is stressed in every discussion we haveAgain, if our salesman was rude we humbly apologize

Response: One or our representatives asked for an advertisement in our magazine. As soon as we found out they did not want to do the advertisement we immediately put their company on our do not call list and voided the invoice for [redacted]...
