we could not get anyone out until monday. Our office opens at 8:30 each morning and when we arrived there monday morning she had already called and left another message on our recorder. We called our pest man immediately monday morning and he informed us that he was on a job about an hour or so away but he would get to it that day. She then showed up about 10:00 wanting a new refrigerator. I informed her that I would have the pest man spray her entire apartment and the refrigerator directly, but I was not going to buy another refrigerator. Then right after lunch her parents showed up at the office and said that they had taken the refrigerator outside. My pest man was actually in the office and assured them that he would get it taken care of. He went to her apartment and sprayed the entire apartment and even took the back off of the refrigerator and sprayed it. He didnt see any roaches in the refrigerator and only saw two in the apartment. She called me this morning and said she was moving out right away and could she move out with out a 30 day notice. I told her according to her lease we have to have a 30 day notice and I would not waive that. Her apartment has not been over taken with roaches. She even had a video and the video I only saw a couple roaches. So I feel we have acted as a landlord should and have taken care of the issues accordingly.
