There was a miscommunication on the rockWe asked what size rock she wanted, if she wanted the size she hadShe replied that she wanted something smallerSo, that is the rock we had delivered.? We did take longer than originally thoughtUnfortunately, we had the right amount of help thenWe
lost employees, which was not under our controlWe now have the right amount of employees backHowever, we did not take two months to finishWe were about two weeks longer than had told her at firstI was not happy about taking longer, and expressed that to her.No matter what went on, she was never happy with usI tried to do everything I could to make things rightAs far as Aaron, my son, yelling and telling her not to call again, that was not ok with me, and he has been talked to about this issueI never want to be disrespectful to a customer, as I don't want a customer being disrespectful to me!!She asked for receipts on the sod that I purchasedUnfortunately, I can not give her that because I buy it for more than one customer at a time.Like I said previously, I really wanted to make her happy, feel bad that she is notBut, instead of talking to me, and trying to work this out, they yelled and said they were not paying the remaining balance.?
