[redacted] [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I filed a complaint against King Mitsubishi because they repeatedly send advertisements to my home for a vehicle I do not have or ownI have not owned the vehicle since I have called repeatedly and finally filed a complaint against them which I was told they would stopIt appears that the complaint has gone out the windowI received yet another advertisement from this company again requesting to traa vehicle I do not ownI have asked that they do not contact me EVER because I will not nor do I want to do business with them EVERPlease inform this organization if they do not stop sending me advertisements, I will proceed with hiring an attorney to file a legal action against them for harassment in the state of Maryland and VirginiaI want them to remove my personal information because they were NEVER given permission to use that information to send me any communication.I want something in writing from this business that they have removed my information from their database and they will NEVER use or contact me againAdditionally, I want the [redacted] parent company to make an indication in my records that this car dealer is not to contact me EVERIf I receive any additional advertisements, I will proceed with legal action against the organization for harassment Regards, Derhonda Coleman

I wish I could leave no stars. I filled out an online request FOR SERVICE for my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I needed a quote on a transmission flush as it is that time. Ever since I clicked submit, I have been HARASSED non stop, with emails regarding how to trade in my car, and to come look at a new car and they want me to come in and test drive new Outlanders. I have asked NUMEROUS TIMES to be taken off the list, IM NOT INTERESTED! After the emails finally stop I still get calls. I BLOCK the numbers they call from, and they call me on different numbers. While at work they called me again, I answered, they stated there greeting and I hung up. Im so done. THEN! I get text messages from someone at the dealership, telling me how rude of a person I am, all I have to do is say no, great manners and they will take me off the list. NEWSFLASH If you would have done that in the first place I wouldn't be writing this review right now! I HAVE ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES TO BE TAKEN OFF THE LIST!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 2 HOURS OUT OF MY WAY TO GET SERVICE THEN TO EVER GO TO KING MITSUBISHI.

I consistently get advertisement to my home address from this dealership for the last two years asking me to traa vehicle that I do not own and have not owned for two yearsI have contacted the dealership at least or more times begging them to remove my contact information because I do not own the vehicle and I am not interested in doing any business with the dealershipI continued to receive mail advertising to my home from the dealership after being told each time they would remove my information by the receptionist to Luis S*** the Sales ManagerGiven I did not get the expected outcome and continued to receive advertisement, I sent emails via the website by way of the Contact Us to request them to stop but again no luckI sent an email directly to Luis S*** without any luckAs of this writing, I received yet another advertisement requesting I bring in my *** vehicle that again I have not owned for the last two yearsI have blatantly told the dealershi

Brake, battery and service engine soon lights were all on (***) and been on for at least one to two months Decided I'd better go to the dealership because I thought it was a computer problem, and my regular repairman doesn't do computers Went to service department of King Mitsubishi told them my problem with lights on although battery and brake had been working fine Told them to ignore service engine soon light because I knew it was the catalytic converter and since I was exempt from emissions testing, I was not going to replace it Technician told me they would do diagnostic testing and inform me of findings Per technician, "diagnostic found failure with fan controller causing the radiator fans to be on at all times", Great order part He also stated battery failed load test (replace for $200!) and I said no to that Battery was approximately years old and might still be under warranty and was working fine Recommended replacing catalytic converter ($and of
