We purchased engineered hardwood from King of Floors after receiving a quote from another flooring company I thought that King of Floors typically sold inferior/cheap flooring and I have no idea why I thought this On the contrary; we ended up with a better looking flooring, with a thicker wood surface and saved us about $7,000.00, compared to the closest comparable engineered hardwood we viewed at the competitor's store That was only the start of our great experience: we had a choice of installers and loved the professionals who put the flooring in I have already recommended King of Floors to a friend

My wife and I went to the King of floors Surrey twice and on both visits the manager told us that our dogs would not scratch the hardwood flooring that he advised us to buy it was also more expensive than the one we liked, We were so concerned about this issue that we took his advice and paid the extra moneyOne week after the installation the floors had scratches everywhere from the dogsWhen we went and confronted the manager his response was he never said hardwood would not scratch we said no you said our dogs would not scratch itHe just kept repeating (I would never say hardwood wont scratch) he then kicked us out of the store This cost us $10,so take heed do not believe a thing they tell you better yet don't buy from these unscrupulous peopleHow this man sleeps at night is beyond me,This goes to show you some people have no morals or conscious please learn from my experience folks
