I went in here with my boyfriend last year before they lost business and there was tons of alcohol being consumed by owner and workers and a couple customers. We waited over 2 hours for our appointment which was at 1:00. Meanwhile he was drinking with his customers. I will never recommended him to anyone. His work looks like a 3 year old did it .It was a dirty facility and Hot. And he doesn't pierce with the correct jewelry causing infections. Horrible place . The only people who won't complain about his work is the ones who can only afford his work. It's garbage . I heard he also has sex in exchange for tattoos or piercings.

Review: I got an piercing from [redacted] he messed up on my lip had to pierce it twice the next day my lip swoll up like I had got lips implants my lip got so big that I looked like it was gone fall of so my aunty took me back to the place explained and showed my lip the guy that pierced my lip told me that it wasn't his fault my lip swoll up he couldn't give me a refund he didn't have longer bars the only thing he can do was taken them outDesired Settlement: I just want my refund and for someone to let him know that's not how you run a business unprofessionally

The customers came in and got there lip pierced they got it for half price. There were multiple customers that wanted piercings but I didn't have the jewelry in that the others wanted due to the high volume of customers attendance for that sale. During the piercing process they were all talking and left in a hurry. They had kids with them which we don't allow in the shop therefore they were in a rush to leave I tried to explain aftercare procedures but they left in a hurry like I said. They came back and showed me their lip and I advised them to take something for swelling .I also offered to remove the jewelry. During which they asked for a refund.we a a no refund sign posted at the front where they sign the release forms. Then there were threats made towards our staff. Even after that I still was willing to remove the jewelry which they finally agreed. After the removal I told her to have a nice day ,then she slammed our front glass door, which we have on video. They stood outside next to their car stating that the situation wasn't over and more threats made before they left . its totally up to the customer to properly take care of their body piercings. We can hold there hand 24 hours a day and remind them to clean and take proper medication for the swelling .

Review: I went to King of Kali tattoo and piercings shop on March 31st, 2015 to get a tattoo. I showed a guy that goes by the nickname "bird" the tattoo I wanted. He agreed to do the tattoo on my right wrist. After he applied the stencil to my wrist, and started the first two lines, he then opened up a can of 211 beer and started drinking it. Having any type of drink at the tattoo artist station is a violation to OSHA blood pathogen certification. I was uneasy about him consuming alcohol while doing my tattoo, but he reassured me by saying that he "do this every night." When he finished the tattoo I was highly unsatisfied with the finished product because most of the tattoo did not look like the picture or the stencil that was applied to my arm. I wanted a comb, a marcel flat iron, and shears with a bow around it. When you look at the tattoo you cannot tell that the comb is a comb. The ink is black and blotched together so it looks similar to a feather. One side of the marcel iron is bigger than the other and curved (while the other side is small and straight). The handles of the marcel iron are different even though it is the same tool, one end is pointy the other end is round. There are a lot of careless marks that protrude from the tattoo with no relation to it, which I believe is a result from the alcohol. Lastly "bird" shaded significantly outside of the lines making the tattoo look even worst. I decided to go to King of Kali to request a refund so I can go to another tattoo shop so that they can fix it. The manager [redacted] refused my refund. I asked the tattoo artists to show me their business license and tattoo licenses, but they were unable to produce any of the licenses. I have reason to believe that they are all unlicensed.Desired Settlement: I dont know at this time.
