She has called a few times, and we have had to place her on hold to process her payment Every time we place her on hold, she hangs up There is no way we can get a payment processed if she hangs up There is no way to get the amount changed, as the interest accumulates every day This is in the contract that she signed with us

went into our Dellwood location and the Branch Manager tried explaining the terms of the loan contract that Mr*** signed when he took the loan outMr*** was not understanding and became very hostile and irateMr*** thinks that he was paying in advance but he was not and we have documentation to support this if needed
Mr*** spoke with the Operations Manager about his payments while he was in the Branch location and he was still not understanding and became even more angryMr*** started yelling and ripping things off of the Branch Manager's deskHe was very hostile and left the buildingWe have the video footage to support this if needed
Because of his irate behavior and the safety of our employees, our company made the decision to write off the rest of his loan balance of $and we will never do business with him againThe Operations Manager called Mr*** to let him know that our company wrote off his loan and he began screaming at herShe informed him that he is never allowed on King of Kash property againIf Mr*** ever goes back into a King of Kash location, the police will be notified immediately
