We did not clean the carpet because it was not cleanableThere were way too much urine and fecesWe did not charge the consumer for the trip out to her propertyThere was nowhere else to park, so I don't believe it is fair for me to pay to repair the ruts

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have a 1/mile long gravel driveway in which people can park on that goes up to the side of my house I had moved my car up to my house prior to your visit so you could have enough room on my driveway, but you chose to park in my front lawn I never said I had a little spot I was able to clean my carpets with a [redacted] ***r by myself Regardless, this is not the issue You caused property damage and just left without saying anything I had to call you to discuss this issue the next day after I gave you time to call me I need for you to pay to have the ruts filled in with dirt and put grass seed down before winter hits Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: You told me over the phone you would send someone out in the spring to fill in the ruts that you caused and put grass seed down. However, I stated to you that I would like you to do this before winter hits. Now you're telling me you won't do it at all, even though you admit you did cause damage to my property, I saw you damage my property, and you can clearly see the damage in the photos, but you chose to keep on driving away. You chose to park on my front lawn, even though I have a 1/mile long driveway that goes up to the side of my house. You caused damage to my property whether you intended to or not. Therefore you should be the one to pay to repair the damage

We did not clean the carpet because it was not cleanable. There were way too much urine and feces. We did not charge the consumer for the trip out to her property. There was nowhere else to park, so I don't believe it is fair for me to pay to repair the ruts.

In response to the complaint, [redacted] was not upset and as a result peeled out of the lawn.  The complainant did not inform us that there was a 1/4 (dirt and muddy path) of a mile drive back to her home and that there would be no concrete or asphalt driveway to park our vehicle. We were there...

to clean the carpets, but they were not cleanable as they were completely saturated with pet urine and feces, not just a little spot as we were told over the phone. I don't believe that the complainant tried to deliberately mislead us, she just underestimated how bad the situation really was.  Quiet naturally, we wouldn't know how bad it was either until we had seen it for ourselves. After explaining that the only possible thing that could be done for her carpet was to take it up.  When we returned to our van, we tried to back up.  But because of the weight of our carpet cleaning van and the fact that it had rained pretty hard the previous days before and the ground was very soft, our wheels began to spin as we first tried to back up. After that, the van was put in drive in an attempt to not get stuck and dig ourselves in even deeper. We did get enough traction to come out of it and was able to leave the property. The tracks that were left were only because of the softness of the ground and that was the ONLY way that we could have gotten out.  We NEVER even touched the fence and as I recall it was already leaning prior to our arrival.Having been in business for 22 years this year, I have never disrespected any client nor their property or personal belongings. Because of where the module home was located (out in the middle of a field) I had no where to park to clean the carpet other than where I parked.  And even then I was running the risk of dragging my hoses through much mud because there was no porch or sidewalk in which I could bring them across to clean, if we were able too.
