We question the quality of the maids' preparation and materials, supplies, equipment a maid brings to homeWe were told maid provides all supplies and equipment, such as vacuumWe had maid service that did not complete all the basic services promised on the web siteQuality of vacuum, and care of handling home furnishings with care were not goodWood chair was bumped hard with large vacuumMaid brought no smaller accessory for reaching vacuum spaces that are smaller than a large non-adjusting vacuumNo attention to the baseboards, or carpet near baseboardsWe expect some type of commercial environmental friendly cleaner"water", baking soda and vinegar were offeredWe do not think plain water is a good cleaner for home maid services at the prices chargedMany usual services were incompleteThe maid brought a lot of cloths, damp for cleaningDue to general low quality services, we question if the maid really brings fresh, good, clean supplies, or may re-use the same mop and supplies in other homesThe company seems to offer lots of phone service people and schedulers, but sends the maids out on their own, to provide all supplies and equipment, paid for by the individual maidThey have expanded to TexasWe ask if the expansion is affecting preparation and supervision of the maid serviceWe saw on line hiring for king of maidsIt states that applicants need to have speaker and video for interview, which apparently is remote, not in personThe the phone service reps have been somewhat responsive, but are vague about their expectations and requirements for the maids' personal supplies and equipment that maids use in the homeLast cleaning, maid brought a bad extension cord for her vacuumIt had a wiring electric short, and went off and on in useThe first cleaning with them went wrong due to maid errorsThe company tried to handle, but the service was inconvenient-with several calls to re-adjustA maid with limited English language skill had showed up at our home in morning, not at mid dayShe was actually due far across town, a time consuming trip, for a large cleaningShe was late anywayShe could not have returned to our home on time, after going to the other scheduled house firstThe company did arrange a replacement, which was goodThe same maid returned next cleaningSecond cleaning quality was lower qualityThe king of maids phone repgave excusesHe was not able to assure that the quality services will be provided, as described on the web site

My wife wanted to use King of Maids so I went with it and the results were very impressiveIve used cleaning companies before and none of them are as profession as this oneThey provide their own supplies and the cleaner really knows her stuffOffice staff was also polite and good to work withWould use them again

I had a wonderful experience with King of Maids. They were so easy to communicate with and didn't cause any hassle just as a cleaning company should be. Booking process was extremely easy to set up online and I got a confirmation the very next day. There was one maid that showed up but did a fantastic job cleaning my home. I would use them in the future no problem considering I used them about 6 times now.
